| "Content" | All text, graphics, logos, game software, images, data and other material available on or through the Platform. |
To create an Account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:
To open an Account, you are required to complete the registration process accurately and honestly. All information provided must be truthful, current and complete. You must notify pak324 promptly of any changes to your registered details.
pak324 operates a KYC verification process. Before making withdrawals, claiming bonuses or accessing certain account features, you may be required to provide documentation to verify your identity, age, address and payment method ownership. Acceptable documentation types and submission procedures are communicated during the verification stage. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

All bets and wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the following general rules, supplemented by sport-specific or game-specific rules published on the Platform:
pak324 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason. A bet is accepted only when confirmed by the Platform's system and a bet reference number is issued. Bets accepted in error due to technical malfunction may be voided.
All odds are subject to change prior to bet acceptance. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation of your bet are the odds that apply to that bet. pak324 shall not be liable for any odds displayed in error.
Bets are settled in accordance with official results from the relevant sporting authority or game outcome data. For cricket events — including Pakistan Super League (PSL) matches, ICC T20 tournaments and bilateral series — results are taken from official match records. Settlement timelines may vary; complex or disputed results may take additional time to resolve.
pak324 may void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: match abandonment, technical errors in odds, palpable pricing errors, evidence of manipulation or any event ruled void by the governing body. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the User's account.
Users are reminded that betting involves risk and should only wager amounts they can afford to lose. Deposit, loss and session limits are available in account settings.
pak324 may from time to time offer bonuses, promotions, free bets or other incentives. All such offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published with each individual promotion:
Users may fund their accounts using the payment methods available in the cashier at the time of deposit. Available methods may include bank transfers (via institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah), mobile wallet references (such as Easypaisa and JazzCash), Raast instant transfers and possibly cryptocurrency options (BTC, ETH, USDT), subject to cashier availability.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to any reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, reverse engineering or commercial exploitation of any Platform Content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pak324, its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any:

Where an account is closed for breach of these Terms, pak324 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance. Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach (including at the User's own request), any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the User through an available withdrawal method, net of any applicable charges and after completion of any pending KYC requirements.
Users may request account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests from users experiencing gambling problems will be treated as self-exclusion requests where appropriate.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its gaming licence.
